Recall Product SILINTAN

Dear Customers: Recall Product SILINTAN 10/20/2025.  We are aware of a product (SILINTAN) we sold online containing undeclared ingredient (meloxicam) as tested by the FDA.  Meloxicam requires a doctor's prescription, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used to treat pain, swelling, and stiffness caused by certain types of arthritis. It is often prescribed for conditions such as osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.  

As stated on the FDA website “Meloxicam is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). NSAIDs may cause increased risk of cardiovascular events, such as heart attack and stroke, as well as serious gastrointestinal damage, including bleeding, ulceration, and fatal perforation of the stomach and intestines. This hidden drug ingredient may also interact with other medications and significantly increase the risk of adverse events, particularly when consumers use multiple NSAID-containing products.”

We are in the process of contacting all of our customers to return this product for a full refund. If you have not been contacted by us and had bought this product online at 123Herbals.com, you may also send the product back to us by regular mail to 123Herbals Returns 300 west Valley blvd box 1925 Alhambra ca 91803.  Please include your name and the shipping address used for the order so that we can provide an accurate refund.  A full refund will be issued back to the same credit card including related shipping fees upon receiving of the product (used or new).
